Here is a slideshare presentation of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, which summarizes the top 10 mobile internet trends.
Smart phones, touch pads, mobile technologies, … we have not finished hearing about them for years from now. KPCB called the acceleration of this trend by the social web SoLoMo: Local + Social + Mobile.
E-commerce on mobile, also called M-Commerce, is becoming more and more popular (huge opportunities are anticipated in this niche and we’ll certainly see lots of Mobile Startups created).
What will be the winners of the Web Mobility, as are today companies like Google and Facebook to the Internet? History has often been favorable to newcomers …
And what about the growing development of virtual goods or mobile applications (games, tools, news ..) …?
As for advertising invested on the web & mobile, we see that it is still far behind (again the best is yet to come ..):
