Play

The short film Play (FutureStates) from David Kaplan and Eric Zimmerman, shows to us a world where people move from video game to the reality and back to the video game.

The entire gear is passionate and exciting, making us recall of The Matrix movie.

We are not seriously able to distinguish whether the player is playing a video game or if he is living his real life.

In fact, the participant seems worried of not being able to get out anymore but when he is congratulated and asked to step to the next level, they do step forward….

It is a remake of EXistenZ (1999) from David Croneberg.
