Written on 20 Oct 2011 by Google will unveil a new design and new features for Google Reader next week.
Reader will have a complete redesign (smaller logo, more space between items, so like the new gmail… personally I don’t like) and an integration with Google + social network. Users will be able to share easily their favorite RSS feeds with their circles.
On the other hand, all the social features already included in Reader (link sharing, follow another user, ..) will be removed.
Google says, however, that those who wish can easily export all their data to take them elsewhere (subscriptions, shared items, friends, likes, starred items).
