Neck Pain : Always in front of your computer or on your smartphone ? Stretch your neck… [infographic]

You are always in front of your computer in the office and even at home? Then you have probably occasional burning and stiff in the neck.

45% of office workers suffer from Neck Pain today. And not only. This also applies to mobile phone users (head down for a long time): this is called Text Neck.
