Written on 05 Jan 2012 by Microsoft Flight Simulator is back 5 years after the launch of Simulator X (2006). New name will be “Microsoft Flight” and will be available via download for Free this spring (Free-to-play model).
It will have flying challenges and numerous missions in the Islands of Hawaii.
“Extra content, including “new aircraft, regions and customization options” will be made available through an upgrade at a price yet to be announced. According to Microsoft, “players” will experience “authentic piloting procedures” and can “tailor the flight controls to match their skill level.”"
