Written on 25 Oct 2011 by An important milestone in the life of Google + : in France the new social network has surpassed Twitter in terms of unique visitors for the month of September.
According to figures from Nielsen/Mediametrie for the month of September 2011 (note: G + opened to everyone on September 21), Google + recorded 3.04 million unique visitors, while Twitter has received 2.98 million.
This is an important event when you know that Google Plus exists only since 4 months. (5 years for Twitter)
Ok let’s relativize this when we compare it to Facebook which has 27 million visitors for the month of September (4.5 times the audience of both Google Plus+twitter).
