If this video is not fake (see comments on youtube), this graphic designer is doing a great job here in Photoshop.
He creates a real woman from scratch and finished his work with a photo. The background is ugly I must admit and the music… you like it … or not.
Now that he has the woman of his dreams, he can move on to the next step and turn it into a humanoid. This part will be a little more complex I guess…
