Here’s a little comparison between two of the biggest Social Networks: Google + (created in June 2011) and Facebook, the giant (created in 2004).
Some notable statistics :
-100 million users for G + members and 845 million members for Facebook.
-Google is a social network with more men (71%) than Facebook (43% male).
-G+ is much frequented by young people : 78% are under 34 years while on Facebook this proportion is only 32% (surprising?)
-Time spent on site : 3 minutes per month for G+ and 405 minutes for Facebook.
-Google Plus seems to be more geek/tech related for Brands than Facebook (more consumer oriented)
