Here are the pictures of a new prototype of smartphone for Blackberry 10 Development. Photos from Crackberry.
“This is the BlackBerry 10 Developer Alpha device that attendees at BlackBerry Jam will receive next week in Orlando. It’s not a phone that will ever go on sale, but rather is one that will allow developers to test out their BlackBerry 10 apps in preperation of the launch of BB10 phones later this year.”

Same size as the iPhone, this prototype is far from the final version but it’s an Alpha preview. The next Blackberry OS release is due for August or September 2012. And RIM must be on top to survive this time. The good news still is that Research in Motion is going back to work. It remains to be seen whether they will go fast enough to keep or try to beat the competition. Because by the end of the year for a release of the new OS is still far in this industry.
