Written on 02 April 2012 by The 800 million-downloads game Angry Birds from Rovio, available on many supports (Google Play/Android, Mac App Store, iPhone/iPad, PC) is also coming in Animated Series for Television, mobile TV and for smartphones/tablets.
The series will consist of 52 episodes of 3 minutes each. It will be broadcasted on Television (Rovio is actually trying to find a maximum of partners for this) and will also be available on mobile devices (phones and tablets android, iphone / iPad). This informations was confirmed by Rovio’s head of animation Nick Dorra during the MIPTV Conference in Cannes (France).
N. Dorra said Rovio wants his birds are visible everywhere, in all media and on all screens. The company was already preparing its animated series since she bought Finnish Animation Studio Kombo in June 2011.
And after Animated Series, we can also expect the Angry Birds Movie for 2013 or 2014.
